All apps and digital products sold on this website are delivered electronically. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
All sales are final subject to our refund policy in section 3 below. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date with your Stripe receipt number and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal. We do not store any payment card information.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, app designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Totally In Love and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing an app grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any of our products without explicit written permission.
Our apps and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the apps is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totally In Love will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Totally In Love is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
